Hello! My name's Christian and I'm 28 years old. I've never been too serious about bodybuilding.. When I was 16-18 years old, there was a small gym in the neighbourhood, where I went to but it didn't last for too long. I stopped training afterwards and gained a lot of fat, which annoyed me so much.. that's when I decided to ask for Adam's help. With his fatloss program, I managed to lose 10kg!
