With the Online Program, you will receive the program of your choice, which includes a customized WORKOUT PLAN and a DIET tailored to your weight, height, activity and fitness goals! After placing the Program in the basket, the page will take you to a questionnaire, based on the answers of which I will prepare/tailor your program for you. It is possible to pay by card or by bank transfer. After payment, you will receive the ordered program within 1-3 working days to the specified email address! If any questions/problems arise regarding the program, I am here to help you and we will fix the problem!

Yes, of course there is! I also tailor the training plan to your needs and equipment, usually you only need 2 dumbbells and your own body weight. At a higher fitness level, 1 straight bar + weight discs are required.

No. I wrote down the EXACT QUANTITY of foods for the Personalized Diet, so do not add any other/extra things, otherwise the diet will lose its effectiveness.

It's not neccessary. This only helps me to see what your body fat percentage and muscle mass are. I often count macronutrients that way. (carbohydrate, protein, fat)
