Application General terms and conditions

Terms of purchase, General Terms and Conditions (GTC)
Introduction These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as GTC) contain the conditions for the use of the service available in our application by the user/customer. By using the application, the User acknowledges and accepts the provisions of these GTC.

Basic provisions:
Questions not regulated in these Regulations, as well as the interpretation of these Regulations, are governed by Hungarian law, in particular Act V of 2013 on the Civil Code ("Ptk") and Act 2001 on certain issues of electronic commercial services and services related to the information society. CVIII of . (Elker. tv.) Act and 45/2014 on the detailed rules of contracts between the consumer and the business. (II. 26.) to the relevant provisions of Government Decree. The mandatory provisions of the relevant legislation apply to the parties without special stipulations.

These Regulations will remain in effect until revoked. The Service Provider is entitled to unilaterally modify the Regulations. The Service Provider will publish the amendments in the application 11 (eleven) days before their entry into force. By using the application, users accept that all regulations related to the use of the application automatically apply to them.

If the User enters the application operated by the Service Provider or reads its content in any way, the User acknowledges that the provisions of the Regulations are binding on him/her. If the User does not accept the conditions, he is not entitled to view/use the content of the application.

The service provider reserves all rights regarding the application, any part of it and the content appearing on it, as well as the distribution of the application. Downloading, electronic storage, processing and sale of the contents of the application or any part of them is prohibited without the written consent of the Service Provider!

Use of content within the application: Use the content within the application at the user's own risk. The service provider is not responsible for injuries caused by incorrect execution of the exercises within the application. The user accepts and acknowledges the information contained in the General Terms and Conditions read here.

APP Registration/Purchase:
By purchasing/registering in the application, the user declares that he/she has read and accepts the terms of these Terms and Conditions and the Data Management Information published in the application, and consents to data management.

During the purchase/registration, the user is obliged to provide his own real data. In case of untrue data provided during the purchase/registration or related to another person, the resulting electronic contract is null and void. The Service Provider excludes its responsibility if the User uses its services on behalf of another person, with the data of another person. The Service Provider is not responsible for any problems or errors that can be traced back to wrongly and/or inaccurately provided data by the User!

The Service Provider is not responsible for the resulting damages (possible material damages) if the User forgets his password, does not cancel his subscription within the application within the time limit, or becomes accessible to unauthorized persons for any reason not attributable to the Service Provider! When registering on our website and/or application, the user is automatically added to our email list, from which you can unsubscribe at any time if you do not wish to receive letters from us.

Range of products and services available for purchase:
The displayed products/services can only be ordered online from the download location of the application (Apple Store, Google Play).

The prices displayed for the products/services are in euros and include the statutory VAT/tax.

Order process and Payment:
After registration, the user logs in to the application and after logging in can choose a package, the price of the selected package is automatically deducted from the bank card/bank account number (Apple ID) added to the phone used by the user after the end of the free trial days. The amount of the deduction is made automatically, it is the same as the amount of the package and is understood in forints.

Changing or canceling a subscription: The user can change plans at any time in the 'Manage Subscription' section of the Apple Store or Google Play. If the user wants to cancel his subscription, he must do so at least 24 hours before it expires, after which it will be automatically renewed and the amount will be deducted from the card linked to the Apple ID provided by the user, which is non-refundable!

Simply deleting the application does not terminate the subscription, the user can only cancel it in the Apple Store or Google Play store! Staying in a place without a Wi-Fi network is not an exception to the termination of the subscription, this cannot be used as an excuse and the user cannot request a refund due to the problems arising from these!

Refund: By subscribing, the user acknowledges that he is obligated to pay, so the service provider does not intend to issue a refund after subscribing to the selected package.

Processing subscriptions:
Your subscription will be processed immediately. The free trial period lasts for 7 days, which is NOT CONSIDERED A SUBSCRIPTION, after the end of which the subscription will not start automatically.

Confirmation: We send an e-mail confirmation of each subscription. This means that after your subscription, you will receive an automatic e-mail about the receipt of your subscription together with a payment receipt.

We reserve the right to correct any errors or omissions in the application regarding the packages/prices. In such a case, we inform the customer of the new data immediately after the error is recognized or modified. After that, the user can confirm his subscription once more or withdraw from the contract.

The total amount to be paid includes all costs based on the summation of the subscription and the confirmation letter.

The invoice is included in the email. With his subscription, the user acknowledges that he is obligated to pay.

The Service Provider excludes its responsibility for confirmation if the confirmation is not received on time because the User entered the wrong e-mail address during registration, or because the storage space belonging to the account is full, the User is unable to receive messages.

Use of points within the application: The user can collect points within the application, which can be used via our website (atpp.world) after registration. The Terms and Conditions of our website differ from the Terms and Conditions of the application. Retention and deletion of user data: Our system saves the user's data from the moment of registration. If the user wants to delete all data, he can do so by deleting his Profile. (My profile menu item, Data, Edit data – Delete profile)
