I created the Mentor Program in order to provide constant guidance and advice to those, who require a fitness professional to track their progress.
With this program, the client receives a personalized training and diet plan, which changes every month and also becomes more difficult according to the person's
fitness level/load capacity. There are also constant online videochat consultations and email/whatsapp contact. Nothing is new to me, I have experienced many things in the Fitness World, and I'm pretty sure that I can help you achieve your fitness goals, but YOU WILL BE NEEDED FOR THAT TOO!
