WHAT IS THE 'REVERSE DIET'?

The Reverse Diet is when, after stopping/finishing the diet/fatloss, we slowly increase the calories until weight is maintained.
It is important to gradually increase it back,
because by the end of the diet, the metabolism slows down, so if someone decides to go back to their 'old diet' - they will quickly gain weight back. This is called "Yo-yo effect" which is very unhealthy and is important to avoid. The Reverse Diet helps to eliminate this! It helps to maintain the shape and weight reached at the end of the diet, while speeding up the slowed metabolism, so WE CAN EAT MORE, HAVE MORE ENERGY and even KEEP OUR SHAPE/WEIGHT!

WHAT YOU NEED BEFORE WE START:

In order to start the Reverse Diet, I will need your current diet (In case you bought it from someone else) - since I am writing the 'Reverse Diet' based on your current diet, in addition to your training plan! If you have this, I will then write a 6-week diet program in which I will increase your calories EVERY WEEK.
